In Bifeks website you can pay only with bank card which mean credit and debit card. If we offer in future cash on delivery you will be informed by our announcement or by email.

Can I pay with bank card ?

Can i pay for my order with monthly payments ?

Your credit card have function to pay for product than to pay a back monthly payments for your purchase.

Also we are working on that to offer you better payment option

Bifeks online store is using many security function to cover all website. We use SSL security for payment, its security with 256 bit encryption

When you trade to our store your information can not be seen or used by someone else.

Steps how to Start Return process:

  1. At Bifeks page go to My Account than click on Orders
  2. At your orders you will see at Action Part click on View
  3. You will see Return button click on it
  4. Write which products are going to be returned
  5. Write Reason why you want to return
  6. Click on return
  7. Your will receive information email
  8. Take a not of your return code
  9. Put the products and invoice in package
  10. Return with Transport company

Return Policy ?

Product Return Time its 15 days from the day you receive the product

To use Free Return follow the steps described at Steps how to start Return process. In the end you are going to have the code for free return.

You can return back products with transport company that we have agreement. For this you will receive information with Email

You can not return products which are 1 time usable or products that have short date of expiration.

You can return the products that you dont like but you can’t return products that you have used. Used products, washed products and damaged products you can not return

If you followed the steps how to start return process in the end you will receive return code.

Return code also will be send you by mail.

If you pas 7 day duration you will need to go throw return process again.

Fair Usage Rule

We give Free Shipping and Free Return to every purchase over 1500 den.

Basic rule its to make purchase over 1500 den and you gain opportunities of free transport

From practice we have saw smart costumers who have try to benefit from our system. They have bought products for 1500 den products to gain free shipping than have returned the products they didnt wanted to buy.

For this reason we have applied Fair Usage Rule

Fair Usage Rule mean if you buy 1500 den product than you return back some of them and your total of order go below 1500 den than you will be charged for shipping and return.

Example you make order of 3000 den worth of product and you return back 1600 den worth of product your total become 1400 den worth of product than we charge you for shipping and return so you dont get full return payment of 1600 den.

We think this is Fair Usage

When i receive money of returned products?

Product return time its like below:

  1.  When we receive the product there is process of control if returned products are appropriate to return condition.
  2. If products are appropriate to return condition we will return your money between 2-10 days
  3. If products are not appropriate with return condition we will return the product to your address

When we return money to your back account credit or debit card you will receive email from us.

Your balance of your debit or credit card will show after we make payment but be aware that sometimes banks show this 2-3 days after we send the money. This depends from Banks

Important: Fair Usage Rule will be applied on returned products if order total go below 1500 den.

15 Day return time have finished, can i return products ?

Based on Law of Republic of Macedonia we give 15 days return time. After 15 days period time you can not return back your product.

Return Products with discount prices

If you return product of order which are applied discount or products on sale you dont lose discount for other products on that order.

Important: your order need to meet condition of Fairs Usage. Your order need to stay over 1500 den

Can different order be returned with one package ?

Every order have his code so every return its going to be based on that code. You need to return products in different package if they are purchased in different orders.

Shipping Information

When will I get my order?

Items supplied from another country almost always ship within 2-3 weeks, and in-stock items ship in 2–3 days. If you ordered multiple items, we’ll ship them when all the items are ready. Our goal is to always get you what you ordered as quickly as possible.  If your order is going to be late for any reason, we’ll do our best to let you know. If it’s going to be really late, we’ll make it up to you somehow, we promise.

Can I change my shipping address?

It depends how quickly you notice. If this happens to you, just contact us as soon as you can and we’ll try to take care of it. If your order has already been shipped, we’ll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you never get.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship inside Macedonia for now! Contact us for more details if you are costumer outside Macedonia

Shipping Cost ?

All orders over 1500 den gain free delivery inside Macedonia. Orders below 1500 den cost of delivery will be calculated automatically in checkout page. 

Package Delivery was when i was not at home ?

To avoid this situation we ask for your phone number. Make sure you register your mobile number. When we send packages we give phone number to deliver company so they can contact you before they deliver.

If somehow they didn’t contact you please feel free to contact us we will provide you with information you need. 

You can contact transport company to ask for the delivery after we provide you with information.

If transport company can not reach you for the next 3-7 days they will send back package to us.

On what should i pay attention during delivery ?

Check your package when cargo agent is there.

If you notice damaged package or anything unexpected:

  • Open package in front of Delivery Agent
  • If product is damaged or you notice missing product tell to deliver agent to take record of it
  • If you choose to not accept it than from you account start return process take the return back number put invoice inside and deliver the package to deliver agent

Deliver companies deliver only inside business days.

When deliver is done by deliver companies?

Usually deliver companies deliver between 09:00-15:00

How can i follow my orders?

When you finish checkout and make payment :

  1. You will receive email from us with contain that your order its accepted
  2. When we will deliver to transport company you will receive another email
  3. From deliver company you will receive call or message

Also you can login My Account page go in orders and check your order status

Can i make my order as gift with note on it?

You can not make orders like gift with note on it. But we are working on this feature.

Can i make change my orders ?

We can not make changes after you make orders. If you have done any mistake or if you change your mind for your order you can cancel if order its not delivered to transport company.

To check the order status go to My Account and click on orders, there you can see your order status

Can i change the product for bigger or smaller from the same type ?

Some products are limited number this dont let us to make changes.

How can i cancel my orders?

If you have done any mistake or if you change your mind for your order you can cancel if order its not delivered to transport company.

To check the order status go to My Account and click on orders, there you can see your order status.

If your order is shipped you need to wait your order to be delivered than you can start return process by following steps for free return.

Can i cancel my order if that is in transport?

If your order status is shipped you can not cancel your order.

You need to wait for delivery.

But you can return at moment that deliver agent give the order to you.

Received package is damaged. what should i do?

If you notice less products than your order than:

  • Open package in front of Delivery Agent
  • If you notice missing product tell to deliver agent to take record of it
  • Take picture of package and  record of delivery agent and send to us

If you didn’t open package in front of delivery agent and he didnt take record of that we can not guaranty to resolve the issue. But we will try our best

The product i bought from your company some time before don’t work properly. what should i do?

All products which have warranty list when you receive them are under warranty of Manufacturer and Bifeks.

If you experience trouble during warranty time frame than follow this 2 steps:

  1. Check your warranty list and contact service centre 
  2. If you can not contact service centre than contact us we will provide with all information

All details are described at warranty list. Don’t send those product to us if we don’t ask you for. Products warranty are covered by authorised services

Can i use my credit card points to make purchase ?

You can not use your credit card points to make purchase in Bifeks Online Store

Can someone else make purchase for me if i allow and give my credit card?

We strongly advise to not allow anyone use your credit cart for safety reason.

How can i use my discount coupon?

If you have discount coupon than :

  • Choose product covered with that discount coupon
  • Add to Cart
  • Go in Checkout Page
  • You will find coupon tab in Checkout Page
  • Use the coupon and price will be automatically decreased depend on discount percentage

Why received product didn’t come with Bifeks package?

We have partnership program and we cooperate with lot of companies. Our goal is to provide fast delivery. For this reason we let our partners to send you directly. Sometimes you can receive one order in different time frame, this is part of fast delivery agreement with our partners

I forgot my password. What should i do ?

Go to My Account page at login section, you will see Forgot my Password click on it,  fill up empty tab with your email address. When you are done click on send my password. You will receive email with your new password

When i receive my invoice?

Invoice its going to be send by mail and in package together with your product

How can i change information in my Invoice?

You can not change information at your current invoice.

You can change information in My Account than the next orders you will get invoice with new information you provided

Can you send invoice to make payment in the name of my company?

We don’t send invoices for companies. In Bifeks online shop its based Business to Client platform. We don’t have special section for company registration as client.

We can send invoices from our local store, this is not automatic buy and get invoice for this you need to contact us for more information

Warranty list its not in package i received. What should i do ?
